There have been some emails asking how the royalties system for Angoor Press works:
1. I like to keep things simple. Royalties = Gross Sales-Costs of Business & Art= Profits Divided by 2. In other words, 50% of profits are royalties. Royalties are paid biannually (two times per year).
2. Chap Books won’t be considered for traditional print publication. They are too small to recover publishing costs, for the most part.
3. Sales are Online through Amazon and other eBook retailers (Smashwords…) on the web.
4. Angoor Press is a business entity in the form of a Limited Liability Company. In other words-it’s a legitimate publishing company with a publisher’s ISBN holding.
